Poorboys World natural look dressing will do wonders for most plastic and leather surfaces. A decent window cleaner and a leather cleaner will also be good additions to your interior cleaning products.

Griots leather cleaner is a good value.

I use Griot's Interior cleaner, Leather Care Spray (for my seats).
Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer (for the dash and plastic surfaces)
Folex (for carpet spots) Not available from Autogeek.
Stoner Invisible Glass.
Diamonite Multi Purpose Screen Cleaning Kit (for clear plastic and LCD/touchscreens.

I'll second some of the posts from my friends above.

Want a sealed new looking finish? http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/26993-review-ultima-interior-guard-plus-uigp.html

Want your finish a bit darker with a slight satin gloss? http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/40314-review-carpro-perl.html

For a great interior cleaner: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/31246-review-ultima-interior-shampoo-gel.html

For another good interior cleaner if you don't mind or you enjoy adding fruity smell: can't find my review but DP interior cleaner is nice for this case. I have no complaints with the DP interior protectant either. It and 303AP were two of my fav's until PERL came along.

Want to remove stubborn smells? CarPro So2Pure

For fabric guard you can use the Ultima Interior Guard Plus mentioned above but for fabric I save a few bucks and use 303 HTFG.

I like Chemical Guy's "Inner Clean" because it is both a cleaner and protectant rolled into one. For straight dressings I like PERL and 303 Aerospace. For cleaners I have only used DP interior cleaner and liked it.

for my interior i will clean it with meguiars all purpose cleaner plus once in a while when it becomes stained or rained on and look is uneven. i protect it with detailers pro interior protectant its a good interior protectant with a good price and is a touch above matte but can be dulled down by going over it with a clean microfiber. after its protected and it gets dusty again i just use detailers pro rinseless wash diluted to quick detailer strength or any other rinseless/waterless spray works great. for fabric im still on the hunt for something really good. i really want to give ultima interior guard a try soon. i put some UTTG on my shift boot and it just feels so soft and supple, almost feels like melting butter yet its totally dry....

If you are a newbie, I'd consider KISS - "Keep It Simple Stupid".

1. Megs Quick Interior detailer
2. Lexol 3:1
3. Invisible Glass

or else you end up with your 6 leather cleaners and a garage looking like this...
