I have the original (z-010?) and it stopped blowing any liquid. I changed the cone and weighted tube, but no difference.

Before I tear it apart 'cause it's no use to me now, hoping someone's got an easy fix.

Does the tube that you changed also contain the spine looking apparatus that actually delivers the chemical from the reservoir?
If so then it is operator error.
If I'm not mistaken, then the "spine" (for lack of the actual term), needs to protrude slightly above the weighted tube.
Can you post a pic w/o the cone attached?

This is what I replaced. Tornador Cleaning Gun Replacement Kit, cone replacement kit, Tornador repair kit (http://www.autogeek.net/tornador-replacement-kit.html)

But it looks as tho there are additional replacement parts available, such as:

Tornador Valve Body (http://www.autogeek.net/tornador-valve-body.html)

Tornador Siphon Tube (http://www.autogeek.net/tornador-siphon-tube.html)

Just wish I new how to trouble shoot where the problem is.

Ok. There is a small toothpick or smaller size tube that runs inside of the weighted tube that, from my experience, should protrude just past the end of the weighted tube.

Looks kinda like dental floss (????) and runs from the tube in the reservoir through the gun , with the weighted tube slid over it.

Pre-installed by the factory.

I'm not at the shop now, but yes. I think I even hooked the Tornador up to the air comp. to test if air was coming thru it and inspected it for clogs; but I just got back from taking my kid to the doctor for a stomach thing, and can't recall precisely. It is blowing air in any event and I tried holding the trigger for 10-15 secs. when I re-assembled to see if it needed to be primed somehow.

Solution/Air lever in the up position.

Wow.
I last took mine apart in 09 because it stopped applying solution. I took the tube off and clipped the end of the inner tube with a set of nail clippers and pulled it towards the end so that just a bit was protruding and it worked fine.

My only experience dealing with the inner tube.
Kinda hope some one responds to your plight so that I can add the info to my knowledge if the situation ever arises again.

Edit: I had no fear then because the supplier that I bought it from suggested to send it back to the factory for repair. Cheap fix at that including shipping.

Your site says:

Tool delivers air and no liquid Restricted tube, place in bucket of soapy water.

Place the pickup tube, the one with the ball on the end that hangs down in the jar in a bucket of water? Is that user replaceable?

My tornador black seems to get stopped up rather often. I keep a jar with water handy. When the cleaner seems slow coming out or does not come out at all, I put it in water and run until it is spraying up a mist storm. Then, it will work fine for a few more rounds.
