Need help with my logo!?!?!

Does anyone know how to design a logo in a vector graphic? I kinda drew what I want it to look like, now I just need to bring it to life. I'd be willing to pay as long as its reasonable.

I would look around locally and see if you cant exchange some work in order to get a graphic done. Has worked for me in the past.

LOL, on a serious note though my brother-in-law works at a printing shop and can edit all kinds of stuff with those weird high-resolution document types. I'll see what kind of things he might be able to help with later today.
