A Bod Rod!

Last night at Gweed's Gangsters Car show I spied my good friend Al and his 1959 El Camino that was one of our Extreme Makeover Project Cars and also on our TV show so I walked over to say hi...

1959 Chevrolet El Camino - Extreme Makeover - Modeled by Christina (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/pictures-autogeek-s-car-week/44228-1959-chevrolet-el-camino-extreme-makeover-modeled-christina.html)

I always like taking these kinds of shots, look at any of my car project write-ups and you'll usually see this type of framed-up shot...

And of course it's been hacked-up with a rotary buffer. The sun was sinking low in the sky and this was the best I could get but I caught a glimpse of the panel just before this shot and holograms everywhere...

How about:

"We put the FUN in Funeral"

Just guessing, though...

BTW: Thanks for sharing pictures of some cool vehicles!!

When I was a kid, there was a hearse at a local gas station that had a blown injected 429, big fat Micky Stickys and the word "FRUSTRATION" painted down the side of the black paint job. Back then it was the coolest car I'd ever seen.

I wouldn't be caught dead driving that. I mean I'd polish it, but someone else is getting into it to move it around. LOL!! As far as I'm concerned those are only made for two people...the funeral director, and the dead person.

I see young people driving these things around all the time like it's cool or something. Gives me the creeps! At one time I worked as a sexton and I've buried plenty, but there's only 1 trip designated for me in one of those things and I intend to keep it that way. LOL!!!!!! Alright, enough of that, but I'm serious...no way
Jose`.

I do think it's cool that so many are still in good shape and I do like to see them kept that way.
