Normally when it comes to the protectant you'll want two different products, one dedicated for vinyl and one dedicated for fabric.

If the cleaner is safe enough for fabric it's safe enough for vinyl. It's important to not get to aggressive when cleaning and I state the reasons why in my below article on vinyl.
