Proper way to remove vinyl wrap?

Hey everyone (:

My front end has vinyl wrap from the previous owner and i'm trying to figure out what is the best solution to removing it without damaging the paint. It's a clear vinyl bra thats on my fender, side mirror and hood.

I would think it would involve using something like 3M adhesive cleaner and being gentle in pulling it off. I've never done it though.
