Hello guys!

What is your favorite lsp for ss paints? I've done a couple of red cars in the past and used a carnuba wax a coat of pinnacle sig II and the job only lasted about 2 months and the car slowly started fading again, specially the hood, roof and trunk.

I was thinking about using a sealant+wax instead of just the wax.

Thanks

If it's an older paint job, rub in some Meguiar's #7 prior to your final wax. The oil content of #7 will reduce the tendency of older, parched SS paint to suck in the LSP and compromise the durability. However, according to the Meg's chemists, the oils will not compromise the bond of the sealant/wax to the paint.
