My exwife has an 07 Pontiac Grand Prix and I'm wanting to sand and seal the headlights. However, the headlights came from the factory with a grey tint. I don't know if the tint is a coating that's on the outside of the headlight, or a coating on the inside, or if it's something that's actually in the plastic. Has anybody here ever done a headlight restoration on these types of headlights, and can it be done just like any other clear light without messing anything up?

And also, they're totally trashed, so I'll be doing a lot of sanding on them.

??? What are they eyelids? It just looks to me like the headlights have a frosted grey look.

Haha, I knew that fact wasn't gonna go unmentioned. We've been divorced for 3 years now, and we get along sooo much better than we ever did when we were married.
