So im getting ready to prep my car and strip off all my sealants and waxes off to cquart my car.

Since i have a 16oz bottle citrus wash and gloss forever, i decide to give CG a call and ask them how much product i should use to strip off LSP.

And they told me mix with 6oz products in the foam gun.

6oz seems like a hell lot lol...
im trying to see if anyone have EVER used that much product to strip off their LSP.

It depends how you have your foam gun set, I routinely put 8oz of product into a 32oz gun just for regular washing.

I called AG and they told me the foam cannon has a 24oz size tank
So is it 24 or 32 oz o.O?
I put my foam cannon to max to foam like crazy

you've said both foam cannon and foam gun, I'm talking about a gun with a 32oz bottle--I don't know nuttin' bout cannons. And I've never used and Citrus Wash and whatever (they have like 7 different ones now, right?).

The first one was the wash and clear, then the wash and gloss, then I guess it was the daily, I didn't know about the red, maybe there is a weekly and monthly, too.

yeah i know, but since they advertise it as being capable of doing that, I'd imagine it would be much less, whats the cost effective way to strip lsp for you guys?

I use the plain ole cg citrus wash . no citrus wash clear-daily-red-gloss .... whatever they all have . I use only for lsp stripping . it can be used the same as all other washes 1oz for 5 gal for reg wash or 1oz per gallon for lsp strip . ag doesn't carry it and I don't even think it listed on cg site. $12 a gallon . I think it very similar to the red ?

Thanks to a little tip I received, I now pre-soak with 2oz CWG, 3oz Optimum Power Clean, and 9oz water in a foam gun (attaches to water hose). Then I wash with 1oz/gal ratio. Works like a charm.
