I found a 10x15 easy up canopy on eBay for 199.00. Good price. Comes with sidewalls for more shade. Different colors. Claims a single person can do it.

Who had a canopy? What size do you have? Any issues? Pros and cons?

You can buy EZ UP canopys. Check them out online at International E-Z UP - #1 Best Selling Instant Shelter in the World! (http://www.ezup.com). There not pricey and come in alot of sizes. I have one and thanks for a great idea!

I have an EZ UP its not quiet big enough to fit a full size truck under. To be honest, I don't really use it that much. They take up space in my truck and its kinda hard to put up/tear down by myself. Plus, its kinda heavy to lug in and out of the truck. Most places I can work in the shade or not have the sun on my on one side. Granted there are times when I have to work in the sun, but oh well.

I have a 12 x 12 that I got at Wal Mart. It works great.

I have no idea how you could put one of these up/down by yourself. I have a 10x10 EZ-Up, if you guys have any tips for one-man operation I'm all ears.

I just handle one corner at a time.

I use a 10X10 Ez up and put up by myself. Takes a little bit but you can do it. Like Ed said. One corner at a time. I've been meaning to ask Cosmin how he puts up his 10x20.

I don't know how you pull it apart far enough by yourself to even be able to work on the corner. I apparently am EZ-Up challenged.

Make sure you get weights for the legs.

Kris, I don't have one but I will.

I think they're important to have to ensure shade so that it keeps both the car and you cool to the touch.....:props:

That's my thinking. Detailing in the sun is horrible if not impossible.

Don't feel all alone. I can't do it either. I saw a video of a more expensive model that a guy puts up rather easily.

Grab the inner angles closest to the center and while pulling apart, drag the tent back slightly. This will open the tent some so you can now get underneath the tent. Find the center post and slowly push up until the tent opens. Now you can work one leg at a time. Always try setting up so you can drive the car under the tent.
