Wasn't sure where to really post this question but I am having to do a simple engine clean up on an Mercedes Benz SL55 for a customer tomorrow. Does anyone know of any specifics that I should watch out for while cleaning this engine? Or can I give it a nice hose down and a rub around with the brushes and degreaser?
Any special technique? Anything will help guys! Thank you in advance :props:

I would take the usual precautions, cover up the alternator, air intakes, and any other sensitive stuff. I approach the engine like I do paint correction, least aggressive method. If I don't need a degreaser I don't use one and I just use some APC. To me, it just less product to have to try to wash out.

Thanks! I was guessing that would be the only precautions I should do.
