I love Meguiar's Super Degreaser and wouldn't be without it. It cleans tires, wheels, engine compartments, lawnmowers, and just about anything that requires some real muscle. Use it straight or dilute it depending on the task at hand....

I think Super Degreaser might be more aggressive compared to APC. It also isn't as safe on surfaces unlike the APC.

Super degreaser is a beautiful product. I have both, but now I prefer Super degreaser for my tyres, wheel wells and bike alloys.

No need to agitate at all. Even at 1:10 dilution it will take off 1 month old caked up dust and chain lube from the alloys in a single application. I clean down my whole bike with this and now its just a matter of minutes compared to hours I used to spend earlier.

Excellent product and VFM. APC does continue to be part of the wash regimen for cleaning areas which are a bit delicate.

I as well have both and use degreaser 2:1 and its strong. APC+ wouldn't even touch the strength of megs degreaser.

I thought the same thing..Oh APC+ will get that. I have a friend that I owed a favor too and tried to clean up some farm equipment. I ended up using so much apc and worked way harder then needed. Went back with some degreaser and should have used it from the start.

If your anal like me you will be surprised at what you will purposely look for so you have an "excuse" to find "something" to use it on :) a gallon really isn't that much.

I'm looking for a dedicated tire cleaner and this might be an excuse to buy it. I'm currently using meg's apc 4:1 but I want a little more bite.

Just used Super Degreaser and APC on an old, caked up rototiller.

APC didn't do much. SD got all the crud off.

KillaCam, SD is a perfect tyre cleaner @ 4:1 & once you have it you will find other uses for it (great for oil stains on concrete...)
Destroys APC @ 4:1...
