Howdy Everyone,

I am brand spankin new here. And may have some very simple questions. At the end of the Detailing day, I've got a pile of all the different types of microfibers: Windows, Buffing, Drying, and Interior. When you guys and gals wash these do you separate these different ones to not contaminate the others. I'm new to the whole microfiber thing and am scared to clean my window ones with the others.

Thankyou!

All in together for me. Warm wash, cold rinse with Tide. Works for me.
Other folks might do it different.

I use chemical guys microfiber wash along with a small amount of fragrance free detergent. When your drying them just toss them in the dryer for maybe 5-10 min then air dry the rest of the way. Fluffy and clean every time.

I separate mine...All purpose towels are one load, polishing/waxing towels another load, and glass towels separate. All washed with a dedicated MF soap. Right now using CG microfiber soap with good results.

Typically dry in the dryer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes. No dryer sheet!

I wash mine all together with DP microfiber cleaner. They all seem to come out clean and free of particles. I've never noticed any cross contamination between the towels. I also do this to save time...I simply don't have enough time in the day to do 3 separate loads of MF towels.

Same here with the addition of vinegar to rinse.

I use DP MF cleaner for all my MF towels. I'll wash the wax/QD/drying towels in one load, the polish towels in a second load and the interior/wheel towels in a third load. My interior/wheel towels are a different quality than the others which is why they're in a different load.

Paint towels in one load, everything else in another for me - I just don't feel comfortable mixing my wheel and glass towels with those I'm using for paint.
