How do I kill them? How long till steam would kill them? I have a lady that just called. Never done this so any help would be awesome!

Steam will kill the mites and the eggs. Is this in her car or in her home (bed)? Hit the seams as this is where they like to hide.

steam will kill any bugs/molds/bacterias so it will work perfect and be the best option!.

The problem here is you wont know they are gone until you stop seeing them over a good period of time. Best bet for your customer is 2 to 3 treatments within a short period of time in between. Even then you cannot be 100 percent sure.

See them? I thought you needed an electron microscope to see a dust mite?

I think they are confusing BED BUGS and DUST MITES?
