I had a problem with my Porter Cable 7424--some may recall I maintained that it runs counter-clockwise once pressure is applied, and you guys figured me for crazy! I made arrangements to drive up to the store and Jason went way out of his way on a Friday afternoon to make things right. He confirmed it ran backwards, and replaced the unit. Not many places are like that--they push back to make things your problem.
