So I used my favorite new combo again today on my wife's black Ram. I took Silverfox's advice this time and applied the Blacklight by hand after machine glazing with the Glossworkz glaze. Then topped it with the V7 and came up with this!

This combo is without a doubt a knockout as far as looks. I'll try to remember to take some late sun shots of the truck later since that's when the flake really pops!

This is just crazy!!! When I first looked at the photo it seemed as if the shadow of your garage extended out perpendicular...but it was just your truck lol.

Outstanding work!

Of these 3 stage Holy Trinity which do you think could be resonably switched out with another product. For example: Maybe CG Glassworkz Glaze with maybe PB Black Hole Glaze??

I'm sure the glossworkz and black hole are going to produce the same effect. The BL itself has some filling capability so the glossworkz might be overkill but it's too easy NOT to use it first. I'm sure a high quality spray wax can be used in lieu of the V7 to get a different look, something like XMT spray or OCW. But for now, this'll be my go to for a LONG time to come.

Thank you for the feedback and the couple recent Unholy Trinity threads you posted. Great stuff!

Looks amazing I will be applying Cquartz next chance I get so won't be able to pick up the CG unholy trinity combo maybe on my girlfriends Honda sometime in the future and thanks for the thread. What kind of tire dressing are u using? It got the perfect amout of blackness and gloss just like I like it. When you got a dripping wet glossy black paint you got to have some gloss sorry everybody but matte tires with black paint just don't work for me.

The real beauty of this system is that all these products are not only easy to use but will produce consistent results every time. Keep in mind that Blacklight can be substituted for PO85rd as a final polish for those Menz guys who want to get jewel like results with a DA polisher ...may want to try BL. BL also plays well as a foundation for most waxes and sealant for those who would like to try BL as a sealant and then top it with your LSP of choice. In other words BL is so flexible it can be used in just about scenario as it does many things very well but if you glaze before BL I'd always apply BL by hand because despite what the CGs tell you it does take out whatever is applied under it. Don't belive it..?..put a sealant down then apply BL with a finishing pad like a black pad with no cut and I guarantee you the sealant will be removed after machine applying BL. Here is another observation I have discovered with Glossworkz glaze... If applied with machine with a finishing pad at high speed 6, it will take out very small swirls...not just cover them but remove them. A glaze is not supposed to do that, right? They tell you its a pure glaze and you apply it on slow speed but i like to push the envelope at times and experiment. One thing you have to remember with CG is that some of their products are not understood in so far as what their main purpose is but with experimentation you find out some pretty interesting surprises despite what they or their web site will tell you.

Im using chemical guys new car high shine dressing. It has a lotion consistency and I agree it gives a nice gloss finish and lasts a good while in my experience.

I checked on chemical guys website and cant find the glossworkz glaze. Did you recently pick it up or did they maybe discontinue making it?

Thanks waxman, I actually got a pretty fast response from them too about it. Well looks like they will get some more of my money this month. Thanks for the help and for the writeup!
