My Son spent the night at a friends house who decided to pour paint on his truck. The paint washed off easily but stained the paint.

My son ran the DA more than usual and even restored the headlights. He is asleep on the couch now.

He really made me proud of him today!!!!

that wasn't a joke.....that was vandalism and destruction of property....I'd send them a bill to restore the paint

Boy would I be PISSED if that happened to me.

But I actually think it looks kinda cool tbh. Like a white canvas.

At first I thought it was a custom paint job but the more I looked the more I began to see this was a prank!

I'm glad some extra elbow grease and the right product was able to return the truck to its pristine condition....:props:

Yeah, this would have sent me over the edge. Theres "jokes or pranks" on april fools, but when you mess with someones ride or property like that its beyond those. Even more so when it involves our rides!

Anyways, you and your son did a great job restoring the paint back to normal! I guess we and you should all be thankful it happened to you and not someone who wouldn't know how to fix such a problem...what would someone else who didn't know what to do, do?

I thought it looked sort of like a Jackson Pollock inspired painting. At least they did a good job screwing it up. But seriously, teenagers! Alas, I admit to seriously tp-ing a friends car back (wayyyyy back) in the day. I'm sure it took forever to get the hardened tp off of it the next morning. Of course none of my friends Dad's were detailers either.

It's very very cool your son helped fix it and took responsibility for his vehicle.

Get their car hacked to bits by the local cheap detailer.

Thanks for the comps. The artists Dad welds and I need someone to weld some floor pans in an old Camaro. So we can take it out in trade.

It did allow us some time together doing something we both enjoy.

I would have been a lot more upset if I didn't know I could fix it...

The time spent on this site paid off!!!!

Really dumb joke but I actually liked the way it looked!! lol. I would of rocked it for a little bit. For a joke, his buddy seemed to put a lot of effort into mixing up colors lol.

Great work cleaning it up too!!

Nice save! Sometimes I wonder how the younger generation survives to become the older generation.
