my wife's car is all F up!

Hi yall,
Totally Noob here. I was cleaning my wife's car today and saw there were a few nasty "something" that i could not get it off the paint. I am not exactly sure WTH it is. I tried to buff them out w/ some Meg Ultimate compound+the brown cutting pad. That didn't work. Upon close inspection, i think whatever was on top of the paint had eaten through the clear coat. Any suggestion ? TY

I presume those pictures are before you polished? That looks like some nasty berry-laden bird poop, which will definitely stain/etch your paint.

How experienced are you with machine polishing?

Yes she park in the garage at the hospital where she works

The brown pad did helps a little. That picture looks 30% better than before i buffed it
