Hi guys,

Im new here, still researching, reading your guys threads and procedures.

I have a question about doing another polish today.

The last time i polished my car was in january with IP and FPII. This time i just want to use the FPII because the swirls are minor.

My car is Black Osbidian and Im in Arizona. Its getting hot here now.

My questions are:

1. how long after I should polish my car ?
2. Is it ok to clay bar the car 3-4 times a year and polish 3-4 times a year.

the infiniti paint isnt that great on OB. Im not sure if its going to harm my clear coat If i polish 3-4 times a year or after every 2-3 months.

Please put some inputs about those questions.

this is my car

Thanks
Rob

You can clay as needed, depending on where you live and air quality... You may only need it once or twice a year as same as with polishing 1-2 times a year. Just follow safe washing procedures and take every procatution to keep swirils to a minimim.

Nice car :)

thanks Ryan

I live in an apartment and car stays outside all the time. When I come home for the weekend then it is inside the garage.

I assume swirls are minimum. Its just shows up more in the black car,

So there wouldnt be any proble if I do a light polish with the FPII once in a couple of months ?
