I preparing to make an order of:

Mega Applicator Combo Pack - Mega Applicator Combo Kit, applicator pads, tire swipe, wax pad (http://www.autogeek.net/app100.html)
Opti-Coat 2.0 - Optimum Opti-Coat 2.0 Permanent Paint Coating FREE BONUS (http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-opti-coat.html)
8oz ONR - Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine: clay lubricant, optimum rinseless wash, no rinse car wash, optimum detailing products (http://www.autogeek.net/no-rinse-wash.html)

I chose the small ONR because I mainly want it for a clay lube and to give rinsless washes a try. Never done them before.

Anyways, I read that before applying OC 2.0 you need to remove all polishing oils/waxes etc. I read and please correct me if I am wrong, that you can use optimum compounds/polishes before OC you can skip the degrease/IPA wipe down step.

I found this 3 pack - Optimum Polishes 3 Pack, build you own kit, Optimum car polishes, compound, finishing polish (http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-polishes-3pack.html)

Its cheaper this way. So I am going with 8oz of ONR. For the other two, out of these 3 which should I get? Optimum Compound II/Finish II or Optimum Finish Polish?

I thinking Finish II and Finish Polish because my car does not need any compounding. I just wanna shine her up, remove a few swirls before OC.

ONR is definitely a good clay lube, and going to work with a recommendation to toss some in my standard car wash solution this year so on this you may want to consider the 32 oz bottle?

You can skip IPA wipe down after using optimum polish/compound. I did it and it worked fine, though the next time I do it I may use some griots prewax cleaner between, just for good measure.

For the 3 bottle kit, if you still want the 8 oz bottle of ONR, I would get Compound II and Polish II, as they will be the ones you most likely need. I have used finish polish a couple times, and it can definitely help, but if you have swirls that Polish II isn't able to remove, you would get more out of Compound/Polish then out of Polish/Final Polish I think.
