BMW Sunroof Material - What is this Velvet?
Normally I like to use 303 on the rubber trim pieces to finish off a detail. I like to do it on the area around the sunroof as you will usually see discolored or perished rubber around the glass for obvious reasons. On a 3 series BMW there is this felt like material, what would you guys use on this, or just leave it alone?

use a tape based lint roller to clean it.

Take one of those long (trigger finger) lighters and burn the fuzz off

Keep a water hose close by just in case your car catches on fire

You can try a silicone-based product. I have heard that works well. Just need to tape off the areas or direct the product on the fabric using a drip method. I heard it costs $$$ to replace that trim so protection is a must.

use a tape based lint roller to clean it.

This is what I use too.

And it's great for getting dog hair off of fabric seats.
