Have I repeated myself in my purchases?

Hi guys. I was wondering if I have purchased some products that kind of do the same thing. Here's a list of what I have:

Meguiars D300, D301, D151, 86 Cut & Polish Cream, M105 and M205
Menzerna Super Finish 4000 & Super Intensive 1500
Glanz Wax

I got some for free. Some came with the 7424 I bought & some I already had.
