Haha. That is probably some where else in the warehouse. Customers are only allowed to go to in the showroom. I meet Paul form CG a couple of times very nice and helpful guy.

Great products no doubt. But they need to work on their marketing. It would be nice if there was a standard for the industry. I know AGO does a pretty decent job of categorizing everything, but there are a lot of cross posting on some items that I have seen on the website.

Someone should go tell CG that, so they could spend more time in making their site better and stop messing around with the models

I work 5mins away from their warehouse I feel like a kid in a candy store when i go in there. I take a set amount of cash im going to spend and leave everything else at home. http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=11105&d=1331793953http://http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/47455-top-3-microfiber-brands-2.html

I want to put a kiddie pool next to that and pour all that in it and lay in it :) :buffing:

Obviously you haven't seen the deal of the month page for the past two months. I'd.... nevermind.

OP, I have a similar post in the tips forum of this site and no one could really tell me anything except an email address. They said their recommendation would even be different person to person.

While their products might be good, their customer service is bad. Called several times to resolve an order issue and they were very poor in resolving it. I wouldn't recommend ordering direct from them at all. Stick with a middleman like AG.

Count me as another guy that doesn't care for the CG website. They do have a handful of fantastic products though!

I like CG, their web site is a bit much, but really - ever think about how many polishes Megs has and how they would be confusing for a new guy looking for something. I'm glad AG is carrying them, much faster shipping and prices are about the same. So, are they a mixer that buys their chemicals from another factory? Who cares, they sure as heck aren't the only one out there that may (snicker) be re-labeling their stock.

I orderd from CG their RED MICROFIBER TOWEL 24" x16" WITH SILK EDGES (6 Pack) that was on sale for $12.95 (still is). It came right away but they only sent 5 towels.

I emailed to complain that I was missing a towel, never got a reply back.

So I called customer service, the lady said they will send another towel.

I got another package yesterday, they sent me another set of 6 red MF towels.

Thanks CG. They're allright in my book.

They have a ton around. If you ever go to their warehouse, they have more microfibers than you could imagine :xyxthumbs:

I have saw several post which have products from different manufactures broken down into categories like waxes, cleaner waxes, glazes, and the like. Does anyone know where all the Chemical Guys products fit into the different categories? There are so many that appear to be close the same. Just wondering?

If I'm understanding you correctly Autogeek has already done some the leg work...

As someone who goes to their shop here in Los Angeles, I can attest to the fact it is MicroFiber heaven.

I really like CG Stuff, just got some Jetseal and 5050 wax, so I'm eager to use it. However I love their little red foam applicator pads for wax and such. They are great and cheap!
