Well this weekend I washed and clayed the car in preparation to use the mothers 3 step wax. Made it 3/4 of the way through step 1 the pre wax cleaner before I got rained out. It will be a couple days before I can work on the car again. The question I have is should I start over with the cleaner on the entire car or pick up where I left off after another wash?

Since you've already cleaned 3/4 of the car, you could wash and pick up where you left off, or just pre-clean the entire car again just to ensure any and all contaminants and impurities are removed.
The parts that you've already used a pre-cleaner on will be really fast to simply pre-clean again.
Or... just use the pre-cleaner on the panels you didn't get to and then move on to the next process.
