Waterless Wash vs. Megs. Quick Detailer

Whats the difference? Isn't it kinda the same thing? Seems to work the same. I just did a full detail on my truck about two weeks ago and its already dirty. Its mostly a film of dust since the weather has been dry, windy and hot lately. Im just not sure if I should jump on the "waterless wash" bandwagon yet. Spray her with Megs quick detailer or wash her?

You will risk less marring with a waterless wash than a QD. Not to mention the cost savings.
