theres no easy way but best would be to use a hard plastic card or plastic razor blade and try to chip it off. or you can try to keep it soaked with water. i never understood why people do not wash that stuff off when it happens...

Try Backset. I've used it in the past with good results. It's not as fast as the instructions say, but it will work. Also, I've been told in the past that you can make a paste of sugar and water, apply that to the area, and cover it with a piece of plastic wrap to keep it wet longer. Let that set for an hour or so, and try to remove then.
