Looking to pick up an OTC wax to use on my wheels to protect it from the brake dust.

Which one of the ones below would you recommend?

Buy Meguiar's Gold Class™ Liquid Wax (16 oz.) G7016 at Advance Auto Parts (http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Gold-Class&153;-Liquid-Wax-%2816-oz-%29-Meguiar%27s_7110839-P_N3302_T|GRP2074_____)

Buy Meguiar's Cleaner Wax - Paste A1214 at Advance Auto Parts (http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Cleaner-Wax---Paste-Meguiar%27s_7110324-P_N3304_T|GRP2074_____)

This? DP Wheel Glaze cleans and protects all types of wheels! Durable wheel polymer wax coating protects wheels from brake dust adhesion and corrosion. (http://www.autogeek.net/dp-wheel-glaze.html)

is it better than?

Poorboy’s Wheel Sealant: Protective sealant that improves & maintains the appearance of wheels. wheel protection, poorboys wheel wax (http://autogeek.commerce-search.net/redirect?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.autogeek.net%2Fpbws. html)

Never used Poorboys, but have used a couple of different wheel specific waxes or glazes and they seem to work about the same

I just use 845 on wheels. Seems to last a long time.

Both Meg's products you mention are good, but another OTC product from Advance has far superior durability and dirt-repelling properties...Collinite 845.
Since I started using it a few years ago, I've yet to need a wheel cleaner product.

DP, Poorboys, and Rejex seem to last the longest on wheels IMO.

I use nothing but Menzerna power lock on my wheels.

I use Klasse AIO it seems to work better than Collinite 845. I would imagine that Opti-coat 2.0 would work better but I haven't got around to trying it yet.

Yep, that's the stuff.
Replace the cap with some kind of flip-top or spout cap.

First, put it in a bucket of hot water to soak for a while, then shake it up extremely well.

Rub it on super, super thin, let it haze and buff.

Repeat the process and you're covered for a long time. Don't limit its use to only your wheels, as it's just as bulletproof on the rest of the car. It'll be the best $16 you ever spent on a wax.

How often do you wash your car? How many miles driven between washes? Are those wheels bad when you wash? Do you practice "spirited driving"? How hard are you on brakes? I ask all these questions, because I have 2 BMWs and know how much you can get in just 2 weeks of driving...
You might even wanna consider REMOVING those wheels, spending a good couple hours cleaning them, and the coat them with Cquartz...then all you need is soap and water (if you clean them regularly), and it will last you for a long time (up to 1 year or so)...
