stay on the line and the next avaiable agent will assist you..........###!!!!! been holding for the last 4hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with my unemployment benifets so I called to find out the problem and thats all I get! AAAARRRRRGGGGGG!

Nice as i was typing this they answered.......not a good conversation :argue:.....Now I"M ill as a hornet! :eek:

Thanks Alex....I was nice.......the lady told me to find a job!!!!!!!! WHAT?

I'm a temp layoff and all I asked is why I was short $300.

Oh yeh i'm serious.....made me mad as Hedouble hockey sticks....then she transfered me to some one else which made it even worse! so after 4 hours holding and a bashing at me and getting transfered they finally told me my allotted has run out!

Now next week they put on another tier of benefits.....It's the way that she talked to me on the phone that set me off!

Soooooo this week i'm $300 short...bottom line!

Funny you say that...is because it was monitored.....and just recieved a call by some supervisor about the whole thing.......and the fact HIS call was also monitored I was told to expect ANOTHER call from someone else!

Our hard earned tax dollors at work....idiots!
