It's not a business, motivational, or investment book, but the last book I read was called Cesar's Way. If you have a dog or are thinking of getting a dog, it's a must read. He has a show on the National Geographic channel called the Dog Whisperer.

Amazon.com: Cesar's Way: The Natural, Everyday Guide to Understanding and Correcting Common Dog Problems: Books: Cesar Millan,Melissa Jo Peltier (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0307337332/immaculate-books)
National Geographic Channel - Dog Whisperer (http://www9.nationalgeographic.com/channel/dogwhisperer/)

Prior to that book, I read a book called Start Your Own Automobile Detailing Business. If you're thinking about starting a detailing business, it's a good read.

Amazon.com: Start Your Own Automobile Detailing Business (Start Your Own . . .): Books: Eileen Figure Sandlin (http://www.amazon.com/Start-Your-Automobile-Detailing-Business/dp/1932531416/ref=sr_1_1/102-0351953-1811323?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1173101355&sr=1-1)

It's actually been like a year since I read them, but the last couple were Rich Dad Poor Dad (I forget the author's name) and How To Make Money in Stocks by William Oneil. I didn't think RDPD was anything earth shattering, but it was a good read. Oneils book was very good and made a lot of sense. I just need to get off my butt and actually put his stuff to use and get some stock.

Not sure if you read the Wall Street Journal, but they always have a Top 10 business books list in there in the Friday issue.
