I'm being stationed in Phoenix in May and I am wondering if anyone on this site happens to live in the area. From a detailing point of view, I would like to know if there are water restrictions in the area or is the water hard? Although I do plan on getting DP 4-in-1 once I arrive there. I've heard about the monsoons during the summer appearing out of nowhere and then clearing up to reveal the hot sun. Do I have water spots to look forward to? From a home renters point of view I would like to know if the utility bills in the area are expensive, etc. Any info would be much appreciated.
