well,
after a slow period (many 34 to 38 hour weeks) put in 44.5 last week. they said expect some 10 hour days this week. also got my raise on the step program last pay. been with th co. 3 years as of 12/22/11 (a good thing!) after your 4th year you go off the step prg, then your raises are yearly % based. other than the 50 mile round trip daily, still glad to be working and employed.
