You are going to get a million different opinions on what to buy. All of them will most likely be good.

Wax - Collinite 845
Applicators - just get the cheapest. wax applicators work well on tire dressing as well.
Tire dressing - megs endurance. very glossy, then goes mantle after a week and stays mantle for 3 weeks.
Wheel cleaner - here you can save money. get an all puropose cleaner. megs apc, or la tottally aweseome, any otc product works too. diluted 1:15 in water.
Microfibers - get atleast 4 big 16x24" waffle weave for drying.
you will need a 6 terry cloth for door jams, tires, and greasy bits
atleast 6 or so for paint
a dozen mf for windows. some people like small waffle weave for windows.
Interior cleaner - any APC or optimum no rinse works very well.
Window cleaner - Meguiar's window cleaner or Stoners or if you want to save money use IPA... rubbing alcohol 1:1 with distilled water. spray away is good too.

for a car wash i would highly recommend optimum no rinse. it takes 2-4gallons to wash the car. hose pipe and pressure washer isn't needed. car washes can take as little as 20-30mins. ONR also makes great clay lube, interior cleaner and wheels too.

be sure to wax your wheels. then you won't need apc, or any cleaner for it. just car soap or ONR.
