I like the orange smell but every time when I need to spray a lot of APC+(like clean the wheels and do a very dirty interior), or work with it for long time, I have to try my best to hold the breath. I feel it burns my nasal and trachea somehow when you breathe a lot of it. Maybe it drys the nasal? Wondering it's just me or some one had same experience?

Ive had that experience with Megs APC. But not with APC+.

APC makes me cough a lot.

Buy a respirator, they are only 30-40 dollars. Chemicals are generally not good for you to breath in.

Meguiars APC is extremely harsh imo. I sound like a broken record always posting this, but it ate my recaros in a few uses, and dried my hands out worse than anything I've ever used.

I guess, technically, it is doing its job by "degreasing" my hands, but I can get similar results with chemicals a little less harsh.

I've never had problems with APC+. I wear rubber gloves though to prevent chemicals on the hands.

I have APC+ and have experienced that sensation. At first I got some undiluted concentrate on my fingers and they burned for about 10 minutes. When that happens now I don't have much of a reaction any longer and on the whole I am well organized.

Everyone has their limit before a mask or glove is needed and in general, playing it safe is prudent to always avoid a reaction in the first place. Get any type of protection for your hands, nose, and mouth. It's cheap insurance.

I have had a similar experience with Megs APC+. Wear gloves and a mask if using it in high concentration. Also, for cleaning delicate materials I would dilute it even further, like 1 to 15.

Buy a respirator, they are only 30-40 dollars. Chemicals are generally not good for you to breath in.

Even the cheap disposable dust masks will cut down on the amount of mist you breathe if you are spraying things like APC (different if it's something that has solvents which will penetrate the mask as vapor, and for that you need a respirator).
