I recall reading somewhere the recommended cure time for BFWD is between 8-12 hours and that it is best to wait that long before adding a second coat or topping with a wax.

Do you guys think this theory applies to BF's Deep Gloss Spray with Polycharger as well? I am considering refreshing my BFWD with a sprayable coat from BF, then topping with Ultimate Quick Wax spray and am not sure if I should wait between the two applications.

What do you suggest?

Thanks AGO'ers!

Let it cure an hour or two, just to let the polymers set up. The new BF Poly Spray is more of a booster (or even standalone) sealant. The Deep Gloss is a combo QD with some polymer protection.

I would let the BF sealant cure 12 hours before topping it with anything. Why not wait a week after a wash to top it with BF Deep Gloss Spray.

Yes, the BFWD sealant needs 8-12 hrs.+ to cure, the sprays only need an hour or two.

Waxmax & Rsurfer....thank you both very much. I can wait an hour or two, read some AGO threads, then get back to business and hit the UQW.

Much appreciated!
