I just got my car repainted in the front, rear bumper and the roof (had some nasty dents that PDR can't remove)

And here it is:

nasty overspray

Question is, 8 days ago I left it at the paint shop, and now I got it, is it safe for a regular car wash? Or should I use ONR rinseless wash?

Also about the overspray, is there any chance of removing it?

If I were you I'd have the body shop clean that overspray mess up, that way if they damage the plastic part it's on them to replace it. I could see a place like Maaco shrugging it off as your problem but a reputable body shop should take care of it for you. They will likely use lacquer thinner to remove the overspray which could do some damage to the plastic piece if you don't have a good technique at doing such overspray removal. Right now while the overspray is still fresh would be the best time to take care of it before it completely hardens and gasses out.

P.S. A normal wash should be fine so long as you are using good washing technique.

I would bring it back and have them fix it, before giving it a bath. Just give it at least a month before you add lsp to it.
