I have UTTG, 303AP DG 531 and PB TR, of these 4 which in your opinion is the best for the rubber and plastic on and around an engine?
Thanks in advance for your input.

UTTG will last the longest, but will be the least glossy.

That's what I'm looking for, longevity and heat resistance, not glossy I prefer a satin finish. Thanks Jeff.

I'm still a huge fan of 303 Aerospace Protectant under the hood. I know it's not cool like UTTG or Wolfgang ETS, but it's easy to get in those hard to reach areas, not a high gloss finish, priced decent, non flammable, etc. With the right spray head I'm sure UTTG or Wolfgang ETS would be easy to spray in those hard to reach areas and would probably use less product. There are trade offs for everything I guess.

I've used CD-2,UTTG & 303AP on different vehicles I own and 303 is my favorite.

I only have experience with the 303 AP, but if UTTG is anything like ETS, use it.:xyxthumbs:

I agree, I never use anything but UTTG, WGETS, or PERL on engines anymore... Well Sonus on impossible to reach places but other than that.

Durability and heat resistance it is UTTG. :dblthumb2: If you want a deeper black and more gloss It's Carpro PERL.

Of the ones you mentioned I only have DG 531 but have not tried it on the engine bay yet. I had tried Megs WBD, here is a pic from 12/10/11 and the engine still looks exactly the same.

Under the hood is the only place I use 303, and I like it there. :)

CD2, It not only make the engine look like new , but it stays that way a long time.

CG Black on Black works well.

Megs Hyper-Dressing mixed 4:1 leaves a nice satin factory like appearance with minimal effort and reasonable cost.
