Ok, that is pretty darn cool. I wonder how my smiling mug would look rotating at 80mph. Can we get this technology on the LC pads?

Now how are you supposed to clean and dress that tire?

We have the ability to do multi-color printing. I could do self portraits on pads.

Just like normal. Its just the rubber is a different color.

It's a cool technology, just wouldn't want it on my car.

there are many things that are just too much but people do them anyways...
I spent like 30 minutes on youtube yesterday with my mouth hanging open looking at people who put 22-40 inch plus rims on their cars...
if it floats your boat, more power to you...

As an amateur designer, I cannot think of any design that would look good on a tire, except maybe some nice looking typography. It might be hard to read when parked in your garage or when you're driving though, haha.

That's going to make cars look pretty darn stupid if you ask me.

I can't think of anything I would want printed on my tires... Then again I probably wouldn't have much room anyway. My winter tires are 205/50 17 (OEM size) and summer are 225/40 18. That doesn't leave much sidewall to print on.

I like it. Don't know what I would put on the sidewall though?!
That's cool but I think in most situations it'd just look plain ugly.
However this does give people the opportunity to have purple or blue sidewalled tyres at a low cost, say someone has a classic purple or pink Cadillac at a car show with pink interior, pink paint, pink wheels, now, pink tyre sidewalls too.
