Well as the title states I have a severly scratched speedo lens in my car. Has anybody ever done this repair? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Plastic or Glass? Either way I've seen a lot of expertise on this site. Toto has a system. Maybe some of those guys will chime in later.
I'd be looking into any of the Diamondite systems. Just finished reading about each of them. Hope to see some reviews or videos on when to use each system.

maybe wet sand? seems to work for plastic headlight housings...

If it severe, you likely need to replace. If not to bad, do a search for Novus polishes (three ranges) as they work majic on my old plexiglass amp racks !!

I don't know if severe. There are scratches that seem to be fairly light, but it is plastic. It is off of my 88 mustang. I found a new one for $35, so maybe I will just go that route.

How many headlights will a lens kit do?

Any of them

many ... depending on severity. I think I used less than an ounce total on those Malibu lights. Problem was, owner loved the results so much he stole the kit >!

LOL, thats a bummer killer, but glad to know it works. Do you think I could do 2 sets of headlights and 2 speedo clusters?
