Has anyone actually compared this product with anything else?
Any Visible results or just imagination?
Thanks

Just ordered some and I will compare on my wifes black Cadillac as soon as it gets here. I will do 1/2 hood with Black Diamond and 1/2 hood with Megs Ultimate Liquid wax. !/2 trunk BWD and the other with Colonite 845.

Sure will and I hope there is some visible difference on Black paint.

Good luck with your test!!

I understand that this test is being ran using your testing protocols.

-But I've often wondered: If a sealant, that contains carnuba or other natural waxes, falls within the definition of "true sealants" (synthetic), or not.
-Same with waxes that contain "synthetic sealant ingredients".

-Makes it difficult to run an "apples to apples" comparison test sometimes, IMO.

-Anyway...Interesting choice of LSP's you have chosen to "compare/test".

This test is just to get a piece of mind for myself. Although I am doing this with open mind I am not to sure there will be ANY visible difference. Time will tell.

I understand....Been there before myself!

BTW:
I really like Meg's Ultimate Liquid Wax.
(I'm curious why they keep it under "lock&key" at my local auto supply houses, though)

Make sure you polish the paint surface first before applying the Blackfire Wet Diamond.

Me too!
But it wasn't stocked on the shelf...Had to take a "pick-me-card" to the service counter.

Is it because it's considered a precious commodity (YES!...IMO); or, the neighborhood {:D} I frequent for OTC products (I like to get-in/get-out, if you know what I mean .)

The surface was polished and re-polished few times with Megs microfiber D300 once and Ultimat polish few times. No scratches, no swirls, no hazing, just shine which I will use Ultimate polish one more time before I apply any product.:props:
