I have a Mr. Nozzle set which is good for the hard tools. I am looking for a nice set of brushes. Sears has a set that looks good but the brushes shed and are not very protective over the hard plastic bodies.

anyone have a source?

I have 1.25 and 2.5 hoses.

The best vacuum attachments I've found are the two angled brushes that come with the Ridgid Auto Detailing upgrade for the shop vac. In the kit there is one for the carpet, and one for upholstery. They work great, and I'm sure if you go to their site, you may be able to buy them seperately.

I borrowed two brushes from my girlfrien's Kirby vacuum, the brush is very soft for the center console and there is a long thin attachment for under and between the seats. You can also go to homedepot and get their vacuum brushes good for carpet. I have about a dozen attachments but religious only use about 3 or 4.

That's identical to the sears kit. The 'gentle' brush sheds and it sticks to alcantara pretty easily.

So the sears one is no good?

The problem is the brushes shed and the hard plastic is not so protected.

Looking for some more plush brushes.

It's not a bad kit, just looking for something better.

I'm about two years into using these brushes weekly...still no shedding. :xyxthumbs:

Check out the below link, in my previous job supervising environmental abatement we bought alot of these accessories for the HEPA vacs. This was a while back, but if they have not changed them the round brush labeled F is very plush and very high quality.
