Sorry no pics - hard to take when driving. 6 mos ago a Opti-coated my windshield. I was very pleased with results. Excellent clarity and although it did a reasonable job repelling water while I drove the thing I liked best was its ability to repel dirt and the ease which it could be kept clean. After 6mos the coating is gone.

My windshield has many, many tiny pits - it looks like it went thru a sand storm. I decided to give Ceriglass a try. I used my 3401 and a cyan pad over working areas equal 1/4 of the windshield. I followed the procedure in CEEDOGs review. Clay, clean, Slow passes and as it buffed dry a couple mists of water and repeat the procedure 3-4 times. And then wipe clean.

I followed this up with a coating of Diamondite Glass Poli-Shield (http://www.autogeek.net/dia-glass-poli-shield.html) which is claimed to fill minor pits and scratches.

The results were great. I would say 90+% of the pits were gone. I will have to wait until the Poli-seal wears off to determine how much was fill and how much was removed. I was not going to do this evaluation in cold garage. I just wanted to get done.

I am certainly going to make another pass come spring. Then decide Poli-shield or opti-coat.

Well, that's interesting but this product looks like another one like the Diamondite resurfacing creme that is permanantly MIA (neither of them show on the Diamondite page).
