Hey guys,

Quick question... I usually give my bigger contract clients a box of nice chocolates or treats from a local sweets shop for a small gift for the holidays and for being loyal customers. This year, I wanted to mix it up a little. Anyone else do this and does anyone have any ideas for what I could give them? I want to spend around $15-20 for each gift. I'm still in college so I can't afford anything too expensive, but if anyone has any ideas or wants to share what they do please reply.

Thanks and Merry Christmas! Im the MAN

As a landscaper my father and i go out to big nurseries every year and get lots of poinsettas for 4.50 apiece.

A good microfiber and some spray wax.

Unless of course your clients see that as work.

Little late now, but a calendar would be nice and then insert their car picture on it after it was detailed. Every time they would look at calendar date they would see their car in nice shape.

Yeah, nice marketing tool also.

How about a Christmas Card

One year I passed out cans of Fix-a-Flat with my business card attached via rubber band. It was a hit with everyone!

That or maybe something extra for free on the next detail.

I don't really want a gift related to detailing... I mean some of my clients give me $75 or 100 cash/gift cards to fancy restaurants. I just want something that really shows I appreciate them being my regular clients.

You mentioned that you typically give gourmet food to your valued clients. Are you looking for a completely new gift idea or just a new brand? If you are looking for a new brand I would suggest trying Comfort Cookies.

I think by giving them a gift you could be putting them in an akward position. Send a Christmas Card, tell them how much you appreciate their support, and call it done!

:iagree: That's what I'm doing over the weekend, printing out custom cards with a picture of the customer's car on the card I send them. :props:
