This Bumper has seen its better days, the owner only asked me if I can fix the front which of course had 100's of Bug Marks all over the bumper and some on the hood, a week before I did the Passenger side, mind you the bug guts already ate though the clear and paint, just nasty what they can do to a vehicles paint & coat

I got it with some bird droppings lol

This car had some swirl marks on the hood but they came out nice with Megs 105 just a finish shot

Hey Flash, I gotta be honest with you I take my time I spent almost 6 hours on the front cap, patience is the key, I see the results as I work, I know if it looks good to me it must look even better for the customer, I am very meticulous about the work I do, never want to hear come back this looks like crap lol,

I thank all you guys Its an ongoing learning experience
thanks Flash always good to hear from my friends on AG:props:

Fantastic job, Louie!

I told you that DrColorchip was amazing stuff! Slow and steady wins the race, bro! It is much better to be thorough and slow, but produce quality results than to work fast and half assed!

I ordered one bottle and am going to put it on my car. Always has a question. After Dr. Colorchip, how you protect the new painting? since wax cannot be applied until one month later?

I am considering apply the wax first, then use alcohol or clay to clean the chip areas, then use Dr. colorchip? would you say it's a good/bad idea?

WOW!!! This is crazy!!!! I wouldn't have expected it to turn out that good considering its not using factory OEM paint. I have crazy road rash on my Acura and will need to do something like this with my paint. I was looking at the Langka paint kit.

I am considering apply the wax first, then use alcohol or clay to clean the chip areas, then use Dr. colorchip? would you say it's a good/bad idea?Normally a week after you use the paint from Dr.Colorchip you can apply a sealant, the New paint you apply comes with the Sealact Blending Solution and it protects as well as it shines
what you want to do is get all the work done prior, the way I would do it would be Wash and Clay first do any compound to remove swirl marks and imperfections you can from paint, then make sure to use IPA on the area your going to use Dr.Colorchip this is very important that area needs to be clean and dry, no oils from wash or cleaning materials, this was pointed out to me by Garry Dean and Richy these guys really know there art, then dab and smear let dry and use the Sealact to blend it in

Nice work!
Thank you

The thing that hasn't completely sold me on it is the fact that you're not using oem paint...should I just get that out of my head? I would think that using OEM paint from the touch up paint, would be better.
