Is 8oz of WG Total Swirl Remover enough for small truck?

Is 8oz of Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover and 8oz of Finishing Glaze enough to do a 98 Toyota Tacoma Reg with Topper?

Enough to do it a few times! You will/should have plenty left over to do a few others.

No problem whatsoever. You can do 3-6 cars with 8 oz EASILY

The most I have ever used is 5oz, and that was on a badly swirled Yukon.
