I have a used set of BMW rims that look great, but do have some road rash around the edges. I'll be trying a restore using the clean, sand, putty, primer, paint, clear routine. I've seen a few DIY's using the Wurth line (which will be in my next order), and I'm ready to give it a go.
Has anyone ever tried this? Looking for a little extra insight on the "little things" that may not be included in the DIY's. It's those little tricks of the trade outside of the basic steps that always make or break the projects.
