Has anyone heard of or better yet used Premo Tire Dressing and Protectant? I believe it's water based and it is scented. I searched this forum and got no results. Does anyone have any experience using this stuff? If so does this leave a gloss, satin, or matte finish? I'm looking for a water based tire dressing with a matte (new car) finish.
