Had my first rain after application of opti-coat 2.0. My thoughts are to soak down the panels with UWW+ while it is still wet with rain then wipe and dry. Is this a good idea? If the rain had dried would that still be a water-less washable situation? This is assuming the car was clean before the rain. If not I would be more inclined to to do ONR.
