A couple of weeks ago I polished out the copious swirls from my Mustang with Menz Power Finish and posted some pics here. Well I finally got access to a garage and finished the job with Menz 85RD applied with a 5.5" LC black flat foam pad on my PCXP. I then applied 2 coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond 2 days apart. The first coat by DA and a LC blue flat foam pad and the second by hand with a foam applicator.

I think it turned out pretty good so I thought I'd share some pics. Hope you like them because you guys are some hard acts to follow.

Thanks guys. Actually nothing was used on the tires.

thats what i suspected. the super glossy shine on the paint made the contrasting dull tires stick out.

every eyeball popping pic of a black or red car has been one in which BFWD was used. time for me to acquire some.

Thanks guys. I learned most of the "how to" right here on AGO. This was my first experience with sealant as a LSP and I really like the Wet Diamond. My initial impression is that it feels drier or less oily than a carnauba when finished and repels dust a little better while giving a deep reflective gloss. The Menzerna polishes performed as expected too. Great stuff IMO.

Now it's time to get busy with the search function and find a good tire dressing that's not too glossy and doesn't sling too much. Any suggestions?

if you see micro marring creeping back in try mez micro polish po 87mc. it finishes out like glass and is easy to use with no dust or slinging. i use it on my wifes 07 black mb and love it.
