Hey everyone I need some advice or "guidance" :o I'm working on a friends 2ooo Chrysler Cirrus, Champaign metal flake, and it's a nightmare! I think it might compete with FloridaNatives' "Bug" at least the interior anyway. On to the problem, I'm through with the interior, but I'm having problems with the body. It has a real hard plastic mirror casing, it's black, seems to be painted and very oxidized or scuffed up. Does anyone have any experience with this type of finish. I'm apprehensive about buffing it. Anything OTC I could use? I've washed it twice with little effect :( (Sorry no pics of body yet ). Here's some before and after of the interior.....:o These were after taking TWO "brown leaf garbage" (32 gal.) bags of trash out of it.

LOL, I just looked at the pics and said out loud "what the hell?". Then I read your post. I agree about doing a nice job on the interior clean up. :)

What is WRONG with some people? I read the other day about some woman who got in a wreck because some garbage in her car shifted and caused her brake pedal to be stuck.

Great turnaround though, very nice!

I see your nightmare, nice job cleaning it up.

On the mirror, try DG #101. Here's the link of one I did. I would think AIO will work also.

Thanks Sparkie... and thanks for all the sympathy ;) Sorry if I made some of you sick :o Yeah..it is pretty bad. Hey, like I said these are after I removed 2, 32 gal. leaf bags of garbage!! You could not sit in either the passenger seat or the back seats :( and the trunk was full of garbage. I told her I wouldn't take any pics, but later changed my mind "Because I was having soooo much fun" and had to record this for posterity. Needless to say she was more than a little embraced. Funny part is her house is spotless! She did say that she was going to give me "a little more" because it was so bad.... The body isn't much better but that'll be at the end of the post. :D

Hehehe.. I plan to use some of my Wolfgang / Souveran products on the exterior In the hopes of winning a certificate ... (If I can get a shine on it). Maybe the great "Goddess of AG (Meghan of course) or Zeus himself (Max) will take pity on this wretched soul and "Throw a dog a bone" LOL.....:p
Hey what about starting a thread on our worst nightmares??? What do you think we could dig up?

 If I was detailing a females car that was that bad, she would have to,
never mine.;) I hope it's worth it. Nice turn around. Hey 3 Dog, no point in keeping it in your throat, put it in her car with everything else.:D
