I really love this stuff especially for my car..Since the paint is soo soft..I can totally finish out the paint and remove the defects with 85RD and a crimson HT pad..and I dont even need to take it to a 2nd step it just finish down so beautiful and the black just looks like a big pool of ink. Everyone says Super finish will finish out just as good..I have like 6oz left of 85rd but I got a whole 16oz bottle of Super finish left. Wonder if I need to buy more 85rd or just start using my Super finish once I am out

Menzerna makes some really great products.

One of my favorites is Menzerna Super Finish PO106FA. This is an all-time favorite with many and finishes up so glossy it's amazing. That said, Menzerna PO85RD brings the gloss up another notch...........Don't leave home without it....:props:

I could not live without the three ceramiclear polishes from Menzerna. Each have their place.

How ironic. I've read that super finish can have problems on SOME soft paint.

My thanks again to killrwheels@autogeek for this recommendation....Works wonders on my years Corvette's clear-coat, as well as other makes/models/years, whether they have ceramiclear clear-coat or otherwise, I will say....especially the SF4500 (PO85rd)!

I've heard that 85rd is only good with rotaries, has anyone used it with a DA? How were the results?

I've heard that 85rd is only good with rotaries, has anyone used it with a DA? How were the results?

According to:

Menzerna Polish PO85RD, Mernzerna 85rd, Menzerna finish po85rd (http://www.autogeek.net/menzerna-final-finish-po85rd.html)

It can be applied by either of these tools: rotary, DA, or by hand.
Then it's up to each individual to use their preferred application method, by the "tool" they feel most comfortable, and skillful with, IMO.
Perhaps some application methods may have the tendency to extend the time and labor elements to achieve the results that one desires, though.

Thanks. I did read that. Was hoping for some feedback from people that have used it with both the rotary and DA. More specifically the 3401.

I Can only say that Menzerna go where no Polish can go!

Just yesterday i was playing around with a friend's Honda Civic (White) with LC Orange Pad & Meg's D151, as still a few deep Scratches & Swirls where still there i tried using PO85RD 3.02 - That's the power finish (With another LC Orange pad),
Well.. it's magic i tell you! magic.

I wonder what Mezerna's Super intensive polish is like? and compound?
If "Just" the power finish has so much power...wow
